How we handle your details
This page explains what happens to the information you send through the booking form, in plain language. It is short on purpose: we only collect what we need to get back to you about your boat.
What we collect
When you send the booking form on the contact page, we receive the details you type in: your name, email address, phone number, the boat and engine details you choose to add, a description of what you need, and whether you would like us to come to you or bring the boat to the O'Connor workshop.
If you call or email us directly instead, we hold only what you tell us in that call or message.
How we use it
We use your details for one thing: to reply to your request and arrange the work. That means calling or emailing you back, asking any follow-up questions about the engine, and booking a time that suits. We do not use your details for marketing, and we do not sell or share them with anyone outside the business.
How long we keep it
We keep your enquiry and any job records for as long as we need them to look after your boat and to meet our record-keeping and tax obligations. If you ask us to, and we are not required to keep a record for legal reasons, we will delete your details.
Access, correction and deletion
You can ask us what details we hold about you, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete them. Call 0427 971 026 or email allwestmarine@gmail.com and we will sort it out.
